The Wolseley Owners Club celebrated two ‘Best Wolseley’ of the Show Awards at the three day Jubilee Special (2nd – 4th June 2012) Cheshire Auto Promotions, Classic Car Spectacular Show, held at Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire, North West England.

We are very proud to announce that North West member, Graham Durber won Saturday’s Award with his stunning Series III 18/85 and North East member, Alan Johnston won Monday’s Award with his eye catching 6/99. These Wolseleys along with the other Wolseleys on the stand drew much attention, with many visitors and members to the stand over this three day special.

The club had 26 Wolseleys displayed on the stand over the three days, with 10 different models of Wolseley, this included a magnificent Wolseley 25 HP Limousine, an elegant Wolseley Eight, a beautiful New Fourteen, a regal 14/60, two superb 1500’s, an attractive 18/85 Landcrab, a handsome 4/44 and a lovely 15/50. Members attending with their Wolseleys, not only received show award plaques from Cheshire Auto Promotions but they also received a thank you card from the club with a fun surprise inside!

A great time was had by all, with BBQ’s daily, this included BBQ’d bananas with chocolate buttons, rum and ice-cream on Monday. Show organiser Stuart Holmes tested the special, on his way around the show and declared it a success! An excellent meal was also enjoyed by some of the club members on Saturday evening at the Dog Inn in Knutsford, Cheshire.
