Wolseley Owners Club was pleased to initiate the first ‘Classics at The Mill’ for St Catherine’s Hospice in Lostock Hall, Lancashire in the North West.
The classic car meet was enjoyed by all, with 47 classic cars attending on this occasion. It was great to see a good mix of classics, young and old, from a variety of classic car clubs and individual owners. St Catherine’s team of volunteers, led by Nicola Hanmer, Events Manager at St Catherine’s, served some very tasty hot breakfast buns and drinks from their outside gazebo for all and owners and enthusiasts attending, enjoyed meals inside The Mill in addition. All proceeds to St Catherine’s Hospice.
This is a great meeting place for classic car owners and enthusiasts to get together and have breakfast/lunch. The Mill café and social hub at St Catherine’s Hospice, is holding the next classic car meet on Sunday 13th August between 10am and 2pm and we hope as many classic car clubs and individual owners attend as possible. The club and the wider classic car community are delighted to support the truly outstanding and caring services provided by St Catherine’s Hospice and The Mill; at the same time providing an interesting display of classic cars to families and members of the public visiting
